London Excel

The brief

Working together for the fourth year in a row, monday.com wanted its flagship event to do what it does best. Bring customers, partners and leaders together for three days of insight, inspiration and genuinely useful, hands-on learning. In 2025, the brief got bigger. The event needed to scale to welcome more than 1,500 attendees per day, deliver a main stage for 1,200 guests, support a full expo and demo area, and host masterclasses, certification labs and VIP lounges, all within a new space at Excel London. With new client stakeholders involved, the challenge was scaling the event and positioning Elevate as one of Europe’s most distinctive SaaS events, without losing the brand audiences already knew.

Our approach

We led the creative, operational and production delivery end-to-end, adapting global Elevate templates from New York and Sydney and evolving them for the scale and layout of Excel London. As the event grew, the priority was to make a large, complex event feel clear and considered for everyone moving through it. We designed a bespoke floor plan to manage noise and create smaller, more intimate moments within a large hall. That was supported by a team of 30 to 40 trained brand ambassadors and specialist freelancers, all focused on keeping the attendee journey smooth and easy to follow across three days.

That same focus on clarity shaped the environment itself. From the main stage through to demo areas, the expo floor, meeting centre, catering zones and networking spaces, branding was carried through

consistently, so the experience felt connected rather than fragmented, no matter where people entered or paused. As a quieter counterpoint within the wider event, we created a Champions Stage and Executive Lounge. Bespoke meeting pods and carefully chosen details gave the space a premium, more intimate feel without pulling focus from the main experience.

Alongside the spatial design, we coordinated a multi-stage speaker programme. That meant managing schedules, rehearsals and high-profile travel logistics, including for Sir Mo Farah, so sessions ran smoothly and on time. Accessibility and sustainability were built into planning and delivery from the outset, shaping decisions around layout, suppliers, and on-site operations so they supported the experience rather than sitting beside it.

Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed working with each of you in the lead up to Elevate London. Your professionalism is unparalleled, and you bring such positive energy to everything! Even with our rehearsal/power cut crisis, the fact that we were able to get back on track is really a testament to your teamwork & dedication. Thanks for your partnership.

The Result.

Across three days, Elevate 2025 welcomed more than 1,500 attendees per day, with audiences moving smoothly between the main stage, demo areas, expo floor and networking spaces. A high-capacity plenary programme ran alongside fully activated partner and demo environments, helping keep energy and engagement spread across the event rather than pulling everyone into one place at once. Partner participation was a core part of the experience, with premium sponsor activations and dedicated networking zones built into the wider floorplan. That way, partner engagement felt like a natural part of the event flow, not something competing for attention. Event swag was intentionally limited to VIPs, helping to reduce unnecessary production allowing us to prioritise hired and reusable resources wherever possible. All purchased décor items were donated locally, either to staff or to Community Hospice for the People of Greenwich and Bexley, extending their life beyond the event.

Catering choices followed the same thinking, with menus designed to work at scale while reducing impact, with no red meat in audience catering, no single-use plastics, 50% of dishes plant-forward, and 80% featuring British seasonal fruit and vegetables.

Accessibility and inclusion were also designed in from the start. Live captioning and AI-powered translation were available via QR code, supported by hearing loops, high-contrast signage placed at multiple heights, and clear wayfinding throughout the venue. The layout supported wheelchair-friendly movement, compliant emergency routes, varied seating options, and an ADA-compliant registration desk. Together, these choices enabled Elevate 2025 to operate confidently at scale, delivering on the ambition to grow the event without losing the clarity and care of the experience.
