The brief

We were tasked with delivering a three-day conference for 125 senior leaders at Hays Specialist Recruitment; the global leader in recruitment and workforce solutions from across the globe. The goal was to unite key stakeholders across a large organisation, communicate the company’s fresh new vision, strategic pillars and core objectives, plus foster an open environment for collaboration and accountability.

Our approach

We partnered closely with the client’s leadership team to develop the content and agenda. With a sharp focus on clear, confident messaging, our team designed a seamless experience, incorporating external speakers, interactive Q&A sessions and unforgettable dinners, to encourage openness and engagement.

Key highlights included: 

  • An external journalist host for impartial facilitation, and by asking the occasional tough questions, ensured transparency and honest discussions
  • A slick and professional production platform, showcasing key messages and the new strategy
  • Unique get togethers in different locations; creating valuable chances to network
  • Flawless logistics, from registration to on-site support, ensuring a smooth event experience
  • Sustainability woven throughout, with eco-friendly catering options and waste reduction strategies
