Events are powerful, but they’re also resource intensive. Travel, venues, catering, production, print, waste: every choice has an impact. We believe it’s our responsibility to make those choices smarter, greener, and fairer.
Now and in the future. That includes our commitment to sustainable event planning and employee wellbeing through flexible working and our dedicated mental health first aider. We offer regular internal and external training and development opportunities for all. We support charities in our community. But we’re not done there.

Sustainability doesn’t have a finish line; it’s a constant push to do better. Beyond our annual milestones, we’re focused on:
These focus areas will guide our work as we move into the future. To see the full detail, including our targets, governance structure and independent reporting, download our ESG Charter: People & Planet Plan 2025.
We don’t do this alone. These partners help us track, reduce, and reimagine the impact of every event:
We use isla’s TRACE platform to measure the carbon footprint of every event. The data gives us clear insight to cut emissions and report with confidence.
We utilise Earthly as part of our carbon offsetting efforts, leveraging their nature-based projects, including reforestation, biodiversity protection, and community-based regenerative farming, to restore balance beyond our events.
Event Cycle helps us reduce waste by redirecting surplus materials to charities and community projects. Together, we give event resources a meaningful second life.
We use Climate Essentials to understand and measure the carbon footprint of our day-to-day operations, separate from what happens at our events. Their reporting gives us a clear picture of where we stand, helping us focus our efforts and see how we’re moving forward year-on-year.
