The brief

Mars Petcare needed a game-changing virtual event to unite their top suppliers and brand leaders worldwide. The aim? To inspire global collaboration to drive sustainability forward and accelerate progress toward Mars Petcare’s ambitious net zero goal by 2050.

Our approach

For Mars Petcare, we delivered a bold and creative online forum designed to boost collaboration and leave this senior global audience feeling engaged and excited about building a prosperous and sustainable business.  To minimise the event’s carbon footprint, we broadcast the event from a central hub in Birmingham using studio-quality production that redefined the client’s expectations of a virtual event. To accommodate 10 time zones, the forum was broadcast live twice in one day.

 

A slick mix of live and pre-recorded content created an energetic atmosphere, with light-hearted vox pops, interactive voting, icebreakers and real-time chats, while regional breakout panels and Q&A sessions, led by expert facilitators, encouraged conversation and collaboration.   For the momentum to continue beyond the day itself, we created a bespoke montage film to act as an event report showcase, capturing the agreed actions for the commercial leadership team.
