When our client, a major FMCG brand, asked us to help launch the new global business plan to 500 senior leaders dotted around the world, it sounded simple enough. Until they revealed that, due to the company’s sustainability goals and the added pressure of busy work schedules, they wanted to host three separate events, simultaneously. In three separate time zones. The client asked, so naturally we aim to deliver. From the accommodation, venues, staging and content development to delegate management, an event app, and keynote speakers, we stepped up to take care of every detail.
No matter what, this must feel like a single experience, not 3 separate events. So, we focused our attention on making sure that wherever they were in the world, every attendee would enjoy being part of one company-wide unveiling.
That would mean creating a cohesive look and feel at all locations, an agenda incorporating the same themes and several simulcast moments throughout the event, alongside lots of carefully planned touches to help everyone experience the event fully, from each location.
