Mars Petcare UK, tasked us with organising their annual conference in Manchester. The event aimed to connect 182 attendees, deliver key strategic messages for 2025, and celebrate team achievements. Sustainability was a key focus, with the client eager to measure the event’s carbon footprint for the first time, setting a baseline for future events.
We designed the conference to be engaging, memorable, and sustainable, ensuring that every aspect aligned with the client’s objectives. Key strategies included:
No matter what, this must feel like a single experience, not 3 separate events. So, we focused our attention on making sure that wherever they were in the world, every attendee would enjoy being part of one company-wide unveiling. That would mean creating a cohesive look and feel at all locations, an agenda incorporating the same themes and several simulcast moments throughout the event, alongside lots of carefully planned touches to help everyone experience the event fully, from each location.
